# Plans and features (/docs/agencies/plans-and-features)

What the Starter, Growth and Scale plans cost and include, what actually differs between them, and how plan changes are charged.

Each brand in your agency subscribes to its own plan, and different brands can be on different plans. Your agency pays for each brand's plan every month. Your agency's **Pricing** tab shows the same plans.

## The plans [#the-plans]

Prices are in US dollars, per brand, per month.

## What actually differs [#what-actually-differs]

Every plan gets the same tools inside a brand: creators, videos and sets, payout cycles, analytics, Video Vault, programs and settings.

Two features are switched on or off by your plan:

- **Inviting creators from the marketplace** needs Growth or Scale. Pages that need it show a <Availability is="growth-plan" /> badge. See [Finding creators](/docs/brands/marketplace/finding-creators).
- **The Brand API and AI agents** (reading the brand's data with code or with an agent such as Claude) need Scale. Pages that need it show a <Availability is="scale-plan" /> badge. See [Use your brand's data with AI agents](/docs/brands/settings/api-and-ai-agents).

Creators and coaches can use the API and AI agents for their own data on any plan, for free. Custom feature requests and priority support are services from the Bloss team.

## Changing plans [#changing-plans]

The agency owner changes a brand's plan from the **Billing** tab. See [Billing](/docs/agencies/billing#change-a-brands-plan).

- **Upgrades** take effect straight away. You pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period, then the new monthly price.
- **Downgrades** are scheduled for the end of the current billing period. There's no charge today, and the brand keeps its current plan's features until then.

## Complimentary access [#complimentary-access]

A brand whose card shows **Free until** a date has <Term id="comp">complimentary access</Term>: it works as if it were subscribed to its plan until that date. See [Billing](/docs/agencies/billing#complimentary-access).
