# Working with a coach (/docs/creators/coaching/working-with-a-coach)

Accept a coach's invite, see what your coach can see, and leave a coach's camp when you want to.

A coach on Bloss is someone who mentors creators. When you join a coach's **camp**, they can follow your performance across every brand you work with on Bloss. That means your brand posts, deals and cash collected. Coaching itself (sessions, chat, advice) happens outside Bloss; on Bloss it's monitoring only.

You can be in several coaches' camps at once, and leave any time.

## Join a coach's camp [#join-a-coachs-camp]

Coaches invite you in one of two ways.

You get an email with a link. Invites last **14 days**.

1. Open the link and sign in, or sign up as a creator.
2. If you haven't finished your creator profile yet, Bloss walks you through [onboarding](/docs/creators/start/joining-a-brand#onboarding-questions) first.
3. On **Join _Coach_'s camp?**, click **Join _Coach_'s camp**.

You can also accept from the main sidebar: go to **Invitations**, open the **Coaches** tab and click **Accept** (or **Decline**). The card shows the coach's bio and any personal note.

Coaches can share a link to their public coach page that includes an invite code.

1. Open the link.
2. Sign up or sign in. You'll come straight back to the page.
3. If your marketplace profile isn't finished, click **Complete profile & join**. Otherwise click **Join _Coach_'s camp**.

If the link says **This invite link isn't usable.**, it may be expired, full or revoked. Ask the coach for a new one.

You'll see **You're in _Coach_'s camp.** and land on your account page.

  those roles, the invite shows **Couldn't accept this invite** and explains

## What your coach can see [#what-your-coach-can-see]

Your coach sees a read-only view of your work across all your brands:

- active deals and cash collected from brand payouts
- views and your most recent brand posts
- your brand handles and bio
- your total analytics and performance charts

Coaches can also keep private notes about you and set accountability rules that flag things like no recent activity, posting below a quota, or views trending down. They can't change anything in your brands, your profile or your payouts.

If you want your coaches shown publicly, turn on **Show coach badges** on your [marketplace profile](/docs/creators/marketplace/your-profile#visibility).

## Leave a coach's camp [#leave-a-coachs-camp]

1. Go to your account page (**Account Settings**).
2. Under **Your coach** (or **Your coaches**), find the coach and click **Leave**.
3. Confirm with **Leave _Coach_**.

The coach loses access to your performance straight away, and their notes and accountability rules for you are deleted. Your other coaches aren't affected. A coach can invite you again later.
