# Troubleshooting (/docs/creators/troubleshooting)

Fixes for the most common creator problems, including videos not showing, missing payouts, accounts that won't connect, and the wrong brand.

Start with the section that matches what you're seeing. If you're still stuck, send the brand a message from <UiPath>Creator Portal › Contact Support</UiPath>.

## My videos aren't showing [#my-videos-arent-showing]

<Accordions>
<Accordion title="I just posted and the video isn't there">

Bloss syncs automatically, so new posts can take a while to appear. To pull it in now, click **Sync Data** on the brand's portal dashboard. You get 3 manual syncs a day per brand.

</Accordion>
<Accordion title="None of my videos are showing">

Check <UiPath>Connect Accounts</UiPath> in that brand's portal:

- Is the handle there, and spelled right? Each brand has its own handles.
- Is the account **public**? Bloss can't see private accounts.
- For Facebook, did you enter your **page** URL, not your personal profile?

Fix it, click **Save Accounts**, then sync. See [Connecting your social accounts](/docs/creators/start/connecting-your-socials).

</Accordion>
<Accordion title="One post is missing but others show up">

In <UiPath>My Videos</UiPath>, click **Add Videos by URL** and paste the post's link (Instagram or TikTok). It joins your list and counts toward pay like any other.

</Accordion>
<Accordion title="New posts stopped appearing">

If you changed your handle on the platform, Bloss is still looking for the old one. Update it in **Connect Accounts**. A **Handle changed** badge on a video means the same thing; tell your brand admin as well.

</Accordion>
<Accordion title="I see 'Daily sync limit reached (3/day)'">

You've used your three manual syncs for today in this brand. Automatic syncs keep running, and your count resets tomorrow in the brand's time zone.

<Accordion title="My videos are in the wrong sets">

Open **Paired View** in <UiPath>My Videos</UiPath> to split or join sets for the current cycle. See [Fix a set](/docs/creators/earning/videos-and-payouts#fix-a-set). Paid sets can't be changed; contact the brand.

## A payout is missing [#a-payout-is-missing]

<Accordions>
  <Accordion title="A set shows $0">

    The set doesn't meet the brand's rules yet: a platform is missing, or views
    are below the minimum. Open **Cycle rules** on the cycle in{' '}
    <UiPath>My Videos</UiPath> to see exactly what's needed. A set can still
    qualify later in the cycle as views grow. See [How you get
    paid](/docs/creators/earning/how-you-get-paid#what-can-stop-a-set-from-paying).

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="A video says Marked Irrelevant">

    The brand excluded it, so it doesn't count toward pay. If you think that's a
    mistake, ask the brand through **Contact Support**.

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="My base pay says Withheld">

    The brand needs something before it releases base pay, for example a Whop
    account or a particular social account. The badge tells you what's missing.

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="My cycle still says Pending">

    The brand hasn't paid that cycle yet. Payouts are sent once the brand
    reviews the cycle after it ends.

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="It says Paid but I can't find the money">

    Look in your Whop balance or SideShift wallet from{' '}
    <UiPath>My Payouts</UiPath>. For Whop, use **Can't access it? Open with a
    secure sign-in link** if you can't get in. See [Getting your
    money](/docs/creators/earning/getting-your-money).

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="Whop payouts are not set up for your account yet">

    Set your payout email under **Payout Settings** on the portal dashboard,
    then ask the brand to open your Whop account.

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="A video says Link dead">

    The post no longer opens on the platform. Your views and pay for it don't
    change.

</Accordion>
</Accordions>

## I can't connect an account [#i-cant-connect-an-account]

<Accordions>
  <Accordion title="We couldn't find this account">

    Check the spelling, and enter only the username (or paste your profile
    link). Make sure the account is public. For Facebook, use your page's URL.

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="Couldn't verify your accounts right now">

    Bloss couldn't reach the platform to check. Wait a moment and save again.

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="Cross-posting connected the wrong account">

    The account you authorize for cross-posting becomes the account Bloss tracks
    for that brand. Use **Reconnect** and sign in with the right account. See
    [Cross-posting](/docs/creators/tools/cross-posting).

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="My PayPal details or payout email are locked">

    PayPal details lock after you save them. To change them, ask the brand
    through **Contact Support**. A Whop payout email locks once your Whop
    account exists and can't be changed in Bloss.

</Accordion>

## I'm in the wrong brand or account [#im-in-the-wrong-brand-or-account]

<Accordions>
  <Accordion title="The invite says Wrong account">

    The invitation was sent to a different email from the one you're signed in
    with. Sign out and sign in with the invited email.

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="I can't find a brand I joined">

    Look under **My Brands** in the main sidebar, or use the brand switcher at
    the top of any brand portal. If you signed up with a different email, the
    brand is on that account.

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="I'm looking at the wrong brand's portal">

    Use the brand switcher at the top of the portal sidebar. Everything in a
    portal (videos, payouts, handles) belongs to that brand only.

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="I was removed from a brand">

    You lose access to its portal. If it was a mistake, ask the brand to invite
    you again; an invite link you already used won't work twice.
