Short answers to the questions people ask most about Bloss, each with a link to the full explanation.

Quick answers to common questions. Each one links to the page with the full detail.

## Accounts and access [#accounts-and-access]

<Accordions>
  <Accordion title="How do I get an agency?">

    The Bloss team sets up your agency. Once it's ready, you get access as its
    owner and can create brands and invite your team. See [How agencies
    work](/docs/agencies).

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="Can I be an admin and a creator at the same time?">

    Yes. Admin access and creator access are independent, even within the same
    brand. If you have both, the **Admin** / **Creator** switch at the top of
    the brand's sidebar moves between the two. See [Your
    account](/docs/get-started/your-account#being-an-admin-and-a-creator-at-once).

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="Can I work with several brands from one account?">

    Yes. Every brand you join appears under **My Brands** in the sidebar, and
    creators get a [creator dashboard](/docs/creators/start/your-dashboard) that
    combines stats from all their brands.

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="My invitation expired or isn't showing up. What do I do?">

    Invitations are tied to one email address and expire: agency invites after
    48 hours, brand invites after 7 days, coach invites after 14 days. Check
    you're signed in with the invited email, then ask the sender for a new
    invitation. See
    [Invitations](/docs/get-started/invitations#when-something-goes-wrong).

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="How do I reset or change my password?">

    If you're signed out, click **Forgot password?** on the sign-in page. If
    you're signed in, go to **Account** in your profile menu. See [Your
    account](/docs/get-started/your-account#reset-a-forgotten-password).

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="What's the difference between a full admin and a limited admin?">

    A limited admin can do everything in a brand except pay creators, mark
    payouts paid, change pay rules, open the **Base pay** and **Bonus pay**
    queues, and change who has admin access. See [Full vs limited
    admins](/docs/brands/full-vs-limited-admins).

</Accordion>
</Accordions>

## Videos and pay [#videos-and-pay]

<Accordions>
  <Accordion title="What is a set?">

    A <Term id="set">set</Term> is one video posted to up to four platforms
    (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook). Brands pay per set, not per post.
    The API calls a set a "pair". See [How sets
    work](/docs/brands/videos/how-sets-work).

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="Why isn't my video showing up?">

    The most common reasons are a private account, an account that isn't
    connected, or a post that hasn't synced yet. See [Creator
    troubleshooting](/docs/creators/troubleshooting), or
    [Syncing](/docs/brands/videos/syncing) if you're a brand admin.

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="When do creators get paid?">

    After each <Term id="cycle">payout cycle</Term> ends, the brand generates
    payouts, reviews them and pays creators. See [How you get
    paid](/docs/creators/earning/how-you-get-paid) and, for brands, [Running a
    cycle](/docs/brands/payouts/running-a-cycle).

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="If a brand changes its pay rules, does that change cycles that already exist?">

    No. A cycle saves a copy of the brand's pay rules when it's created, so
    later changes don't affect it unless an admin chooses to update that cycle's
    rules. See [Payout cycles](/docs/brands/payouts/pay-cycles) and [Changing rules
    mid-cycle](/docs/brands/settings/changing-rules-mid-cycle).

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="How do creators receive their money?">

    Each brand chooses how it pays: through Whop, through SideShift, or directly
    outside Bloss. See [Getting your
    money](/docs/creators/earning/getting-your-money).

</Accordion>
</Accordions>

## Agencies and billing [#agencies-and-billing]

<Accordions>
  <Accordion title={'Why does my brand say "This brand is inactive"?'}>

    The brand has no active subscription and no complimentary access, so it's
    locked for everyone. An agency owner or admin can subscribe it again from
    the agency's **Brands** tab. See [Billing](/docs/agencies/billing#subscribe-a-brand).

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="Which plan do I need?">

    Every plan includes the same brand tools. Inviting creators from the
    marketplace needs the Growth plan or higher, and Scale adds priority support
    and custom feature requests. See [Plans and
    features](/docs/agencies/plans-and-features).

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="Who can see and change billing?">

    Only the agency owner sees the **Billing** tab, where plans are changed or
    canceled and payments are fixed. Agency owners and admins can subscribe
    brands from the **Brands** tab.
    See [Billing](/docs/agencies/billing).

</Accordion>
  <Accordion title="Does Bloss have an API?">

    Yes, and it's read-only. Creators and coaches can read their own data with
    the Platform API for free, and brands on the Scale plan can read their
    brand's creators, videos, analytics and pay. AI agents such as Claude can
    connect too, and webhooks alert you when things happen. See the [Developer
    overview](/docs/developers).
