3. User Accounts

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Agencies using our Service agree to:

• Be responsible for all activities of users within their agency
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws
• Manage user access and permissions appropriately
• Not share sensitive or confidential information without proper authorization
• Respect the intellectual property rights of content creators

5. Content and Data

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for:

• Complying with applicable laws regarding data collection

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar elements transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content

11. Indemnification
